Obituary of Frank Anderson

Frank John Anderson, age 92, passed away on Thursday, August 19, 2021, at AHC Crestview Healthcare Center in Brownsville, TN. A graveside service to celebrate his life will be held on Sunday, August 22, 2021, at 2 PM at the Oakwood Cemetery in Brownsville, TN, with Bro. Lonnie Robinson, officiating. Frank was born on January 26, 1929, in Dresden, TN. He was a farmer and enjoyed being outdoors. He is survived by one sister, Emma Stanifer (Frank) of Covington, TN. He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Maude Frances Heath Anderson; six brothers, Jimmy Anderson, George Anderson, Warren Anderson, Robert Anderson, Edward Anderson, and Charlie Anderson; two sisters, Betty Fincher and Mary McBride. Pallbearers for the service are Thomas Stanifer, Levi Stanifer, Bobby McCage, Maxx Atkeison, Brian Chandler, and Scot Snarski. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorials be made St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, P.O. Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38101-9908. All arrangements and services are under the direction of the Lea & Simmons Funeral Home in Brownsville, TN.
