Obituary of Cindy Rickard

Cindy Rickard, age 65, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, September 3, 2021, at her residence in Brownsville, TN. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, September 8, 2021, at 11:00 AM at the Lea & Simmons Funeral Home Chapel in Brownsville, TN, with Bro. J.P. Barden officiating. Her burial will follow at the Covington Memorial Gardens in Tipton County. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 8, 2021, from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM at the Lea & Simmons Funeral Home in Brownsville, TN. Cindy was born on December 3, 1955, in Tipton County. She was raised in Covington and worked at the Jackson Clinic. She was a member of New Vision Baptist Church in Brownsville. She loved her dogs and always had a very giving heart when it came to helping others. She is survived by one sister, Vickie Archer (Clyde) of Covington, TN, her nieces and nephews, Terri DeLoach (Jerry), Shane Thurmond (Melissa), Rickey Joe Davidson, Brandy Browder (Justin) and several great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Catherine Rickard. In lieu of flowers, memorials are requested to New Vision Baptist Church, P.O. Box 324, Brownsville, TN 38012. All arrangements and services are under the direction of the Lea & Simmons Funeral Home in Brownsville, TN.
