Obituary of Edwin Phillips, Jr.

Mr. Edwin Phillips, Jr., age 70, passed away Wednesday, September 19, 2018 at his home in Whiteville, TN. Funeral Services will be conducted Friday, September 21, 2018 at 1:00 P.M. in the Lea and Simmons Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Mt. Tabor Cemetery. A visitation will be held September 21, 2018, 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. in the Lea and Simmons Funeral Home. Mr. Phillips was preceded in death by his parents: Edwin Phillips, Sr. and Lillie Kelly Phillips and a brother, Eddie Lee Phillips. He is survived by his wife, Dianne Goodman Phillips, two sons, Troy Phillips (Angie), Pee Wee Phillips (Tiny) all of Whiteville, TN, one brother, Jimmy Phillips (Denise) Jackson, TN, one sister in law, Margaret Phillips, Whiteville, TN, three sisters: Linda Jane Pittman, Nita Pittman (James), Liz Taylor (Sammy) all of Whiteville, TN, five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
