Obituary of Bill Eaton

.     Mr. William (Bill) Eaton, age 73, of Brownsville, passed away Wednesday, January 16, 2019 in the Northbrook Healthcare Center in Jackson, TN. His Memorial Service will be conducted Friday, January 25, 2019 at 2:00 PM in the Lea and Simmons Funeral Home Chapel. Bill was born July 30, 1945 in Denver, Colorado to William McClure and Hilda Gustafson Eaton who precede him in death. He graduated from San Jose University with a BS in computer science and from Golden Gate University with a MBA. He met and married the love of his life, Dorothy (DA) Peterson Eaton on August 30, 1969 in Mountain View, California. He retired from Sprint as a regulatory inspector. In 2006 Bill and DA moved with there dear friend, Stephen “Smiley” Burnette from California to enjoy retirement in Brownsville. Rev. Jerry Wilson, a good friend, made them feel at home here. He was preceded in death by his brother, Fredrick Eaton. He is survived by his wife of 49 years Dorothy “DA” Peterson Eaton, Brownsville, TN, a daughter, Shannon Eaton Cook (David) Huntington Beach, CA, two sisters, Anna Lee Williams (Jim) and Annabelle Wrench (Dwight).
