Obituary of Vicki Hooper

Victoria “Vicki” Jayne Hooper, age 59, was called to her heavenly home on Thursday, February 28, 2019. Her Funeral Services will be conducted Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at 2:00 PM in the Lea and Simmons Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery. A visitation will be conducted Tuesday, March 5, 2019, at 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM in the Lea and Simmons Funeral Home. Vicki was a member of Allen Baptist Church and loved and knew the word of God. She was a very giving person. Through her life she was a cosmetologist and a nurse assistant with a degree in medication administration. Vicki lived with and helped take care of her grandmother until she passed. She attended Memphis Academy of Arts and also played the piano. She was preceded in death by her father, Robert “Bobby” Hooper. Vicki is survived by three sons, Jamie Joseph Forland (Ionela) Scottsdale, AZ, Michael David Forland (Charity) Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, Brandon Keith Forland, Oregon, her mother, Margie Hooper, Brownsville, TN two sisters, Susan Walker, Munford, TN, Annette Allen (Ronnie) Brownsville, TN, three nieces, Rachel Yarbrough, Kelly Hughes and Abby King, two step grandchildren, Matthew and Nickolas Moulton.
