Obituary of J.F. "Jeff" Weaver

Mr. J.F. “Jeff” Weaver, age 92 passed away Sunday, March 24, 2019 at his home in Brownsville, TN. Funeral Services will be conducted Wednesday, March 27, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. in the Lea and Simmons Funeral Home. Entombment will follow in the Brownsville Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. A visitation will be conducted Wednesday, March 27, 2019, 10:00 – 11:00 A.M. in the Lea and Simmons Funeral Home. Jeff served his country in the United States Army.  He was preceded in death by his wife of 69 years, Betty Weaver, his parents, Arthur and Macy Diles Weaver, two brothers, Cleo Weaver, Bill Weaver and one sister, Mary Lee Stults. He is survived by one son, Mike Weaver (Pat) Brownsville, TN, three brothers, Leo Weaver, Monticello, MO, Leon Weaver, Cherokee Village, AR, George Weaver, Mt. Morris, IL, one granddaughter, Brandi Harris (Jason), three great-grandchildren, Naomi Harris, Emilia Harris and Benjamin Harris. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, P.O. Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38101-9908.
