Mr. Tracy Lynn Baxter, age 48, passed away Wednesday, August 11, 2010 in Methodist University Health Care, Memphis, TN. He was preceded in death by his father: Troy Baxter Sr. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Sunday, August 15, 2010 in the Brownsville-Bells Funeral Home Chapel, Brownsville, TN with Bro. Eddie Martin officiating. Burial will follow in Providence Cemetery, Jackson, TN. Mr. Baxter is survived by his wife: Jill Baxter of Bells, TN; a daughter: Laura Scott, Bells, TN; his mother: Estell Thomas Baxter; two brothers: Troy Baxter Jr. (Kim), Clarksville, TN, and Wayne Baxter, Jackson, TN; one sister: Stella Gary, Centralia, IL. Visitation for Mr. Baxter will be held Saturday, August 14, 2010 at the Brownsville-Bells Funeral Homes Chapel, Brownsville TN from 5-8 PM. Read More Read Less
