Obituary of Shanna Carol Butler

Miss Shanna Carol Butler, age 40 passed away peacefully on May 30, 2019 at Methodist University Hospital in Memphis, TN. Her Funeral Services will be conducted Sunday, June 2, 2019, at 2:30 PM in the Lea and Simmons Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Holly Grove Church Cemetery. A visitation will be held Sunday, June 2, 2019, 12:30- 2:30 PM in the Lea and Simmons Funeral Home. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, W. A.  and Corrine Maddox who loved her very much and grandparents, Jimmy and Carolyn Tritt. She is survived by her mother, Gwen Maddox Wealti, Brownsville, TN, her father, Larry Butler, Crockett Mills, TN,  a brother, Dusty Butler, Jackson, TN, two sisters, Summer Smith (Jimmy), Henderson, TN, Holly Butler, Alamo, TN, a grandfather, Millard Butler, Alamo, TN,  and  nieces, Megan Watson, Mackenzie Smith, Kacey Smith.
