Obituary of Carolyn Blair Wallace

Carolyn V. Blair Wallace age 77, passed away on Friday June 7, 2019 at her residence in Galatia, IL.  A memorial service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Carolyn will be conducted on Saturday, June 15, 2019 in the Chapel of the Bells Funeral Home at 11:00 A.M. with Dr. Fred Campbell officiating.   A visitation for the Wallace family will be held on Saturday, June 15, 2019 at the Bells Funeral Home from 10:00 A.M. until the service hour at 11:00 A.M.

Mrs. Carolyn was born on July 12, 1941 to the late Mr. L.W. and Marie Elizabeth Miller Blair.  She was preceded in death by the father of her children, Mr. James Earl White and her second husband of 25 years, Mr. James Wallace; one sister:  Geraldine Blair Ellington; two daughters:  Phyllis K. Harrison and April White Roark; and one grandson:  Fred Allen Harrison.

She is survived by one daughter:  Rhonda S. White of Nashville, TN; two brothers:  Gary Blair and Ronnie Blair both of Bells, TN; and leaves a legacy of one granddaughter: Addison Blair Gibson. 

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the American Heart Association.
