Mary Ann has been a special, kind, thoughtful, beautiful loving friend and neighbor to our family and so many others in our home county of Fayette county for most of our 45 years of marriage and adult lives here. She was blessed to have the wonderful talent of finding special places in so many areas for anyone looking for or starting a new home that became lifetime homes thru the generations. She brought delicious cookies with beautiful ribbons by your office at Christmas with smiles and the Christmas spirit. Jack and she shared their hearts and love as a special precious couple and it was such an overwhelming loss to her and all of her neighbors and loved ones after his accident. With God's help and her strong spirit she still continued to help those looking for a home find just the right special one they needed. She was kind to those in need and lifted spirits of friends living at Someroak and continued to be loved by thousands of Fayette fountains and surrounding counties at all times she lived here and was missed dearly when she was moved to Haywood county by so many friends and neighbors. We thank her family and Jack for making their homes here and Mary Ann and Jack for being our friends and neighbors for so many years here. We are so sorry to her sisters, brothers, nieces nephews and great nieces & nephews for your loss and sorrow you are feeling and for what Alzheimer's causes families to have to try to understand what it does to those we love and endure the days when you face they don't recognize us after a lifetime of being your loved ones special family they never want to forget. They don't forget you, they go back in time before you were born, to their first memries of their youth because long term memory last the lonest and even my own mother went back in time to the age of a little child and didn't remember 64 years of marriage or her married name or her 5 children but thought we we're her Christian friends when she was a little girl when she asked for her color crayons and left in a children's home at 4 years old and went into that state of mind 5 years into her 10 years of Alzheimers at the age of 79 to 89 years of age. It was overwhelming for the thought of your mother not knowing you but she was still her precious sweet self lifting my spirit calling me her Christian friend. Alzheimer's took so many abilities away from her besides her being blind since 25 and they do not understand what they are experiencing and it is hard on those who Love you going thru it with you to understand how hard it is on the one you love who has it. Thank you to all who helped Mary Ann and had patience with all that was hard to understand what she was going thru during the progression of this terrible aspect she had to endure. Please try to share the love she had for each of you with each other because you all were her pride and joy and she only wanted happiness and joy for each of you. She took such great pride in her home town, her family and her home and loved all of you dearly. God made her in His image of Love and she did the best she could reflecting that image in her life as long as she was able to. God & Jesus love you dearly also and they comfort those who mourn, and share their Love with you in their letter of Love the bible, God's word. Cherish it, share it and it will help you thru your every need and guide you to the way home to heaven, Your eternal home. Love never ends. God & Jesus took care of Mary Ann during her joys and trials in life and He will take care of you also. Thank you for the precious memories of her and the memories she shared with you. She has been Fayette county and so many others blessing. May God continue to bless you with being loving families, strengthen you thru sorrow, and lift your spirit thru the years and know Jesus wept also. He feels your hearts and your loss. He is purcteason for hope, peace and everlasting life with no tears no pain no sorrow. Spend time with him.and your heavenly father everyday, you will be so blessed by their presence and guidance and Love and your eternal home just stay faithful and the gift of eternal life is so unbelievably wonderful inheritance. Thank you again for sharing Mary Ann with our family. She will be so missed.
