Obituary of Albert Estes

Mr. Albert Estes, age 68, passed away Wednesday, October 21, 2020 in Brownsville, Tennessee. Graveside Funeral Services will be conducted Saturday, October 31, 2020 at 1 PM in the Knights of Pythias Cemetery with Bro. Howard Bond, Sr. officiating. Albert was born in Shelby County on August 5, 1952 to the late John Adam Estes and Ola Ball Estes of Brownsville, Tennessee. Albert attended Woodlawn School, he was hard working and loved to help his family. He helped raise a host of nieces and nephews. He leaves to cherish his memory, his son, Alberto Estes, Jackson, TN, a granddaughter, Desiree Estes, two grandsons: Alberto Taylor, Justin Long and one great-granddaughter, Navaeh Dillon and a devoted friend, Elma Mont, two brothers, Willie Estes, Chicago, IL, Charles Estes, three sisters: Lucille Estes, Virginia Estes and Mary Woodson, all of Brownsville, TN. He also raised Rita, Marice, Sherilene, Linda, Deshun and Johnny Estes as his own children. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lucille Goff Estes and longtime friend, Gloria Anderson. All services and arrangements are under the direction of the Lea & Simmons Funeral Home in Brownsville, TN.
