Bennie Faye Jaynes Stephenson age 94, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 27, 2020 at her home in Bells, TN. Graveside Services will be conducted on Monday, November 30, 2020 at 1:00 PM in the Cypress Cemetery.
She was born on April 29, 1926 in Bells, TN to the late Ben Jaynes and Omie Mae Thomason Jaynes. She was devoted to her family and will be greatly missed by all that knew her. Also preceding her in death was her husband of 52 years: James Merlon Stephenson; three brothers: Jack Jaynes, Frankie Jaynes, J.B. Jaynes; four sisters: Rose Lasters, Gladys Tinker, Elizabeth Tinker and Jewell Jaynes.
Mrs. Stephenson is survived by two sons: Charles M. Stephenson and David P. Stephenson both of Bells, TN; one daughter: Janet McDonald (Brownie) of Friendship, TN; two grandchildren: Elizabeth Long and Joy Stephenson; And leaves a legacy of one great-granddaughter: Amber Lewis, all of Alamo, TN.
