James was extremely faithful and inspired others with his positive attitude towards life. James recently moved from Tennessee to Milwaukee to connect with his family there. He remained in Milwaukee until his time of death. James is survived by his mother, Ms. Betty Rimmer of Milwaukee, WI, his father and stepmother, Mr. James and Patricia Mann of Jackson, TN.
