I worked with Lynn for many years when she was a surveyor with the West TN Health Care Facilities Office, TN Department of Health, until her retirement. She was an excellent nurse & surveyor, knowledgeable of all health care regulations, fair in her investigations, assessment & findings. She was a true professional, quiet & reserved in her demeanor, and highly thought of & respected by both her co-workers & facility staff. We liked to say that we were a work family - not just co-workers. It is sad for us to lose one of our beloved work family members. Sending my sympathy & prayers to Lynn’s family & friends during this difficult time. Shirley Jones, former & retired Regional Administrator of West TN HCF
