Kenneth Maddox, age 72, of Brownsville, TN passed away Thursday, July 28, 2022. Funeral Services for Mr. Maddox will be held on Sunday, July 31, 2022 at 2 PM in the chapel of the Brownsville Funeral Home in Brownsville, TN. A visitation will be held from 1230 PM until the hour of service. Burial to follow at Providence Cemetery. Bro. Randy Pierson will officiate the services. Mr. Kenneth was born in Haywood County on September 26, 1949, to the late Clyntes and Frances Leek Maddox. Kenneth loved his country and proudly served in the US Army. He was a hard worker and was self-employed for many years as a carpenter. He had a love for fishing, but most of all, loved spending time with his family. He is preceded in death by one brother, David Maddox; he is survived by a son, Shane (Jennifer) Maddox of Alamo, TN; one daughter, Kathy (Steven) Waddell of Brownsville, TN; two brothers, Ricky and Danny Maddox, both of Brownsville, TN; two sisters, Patricia (John) Neal and Shirley Hill, both of Brownsville, TN. He leaves behind a legacy of six grandchildren, Taylor, Matthew, Samantha, Drake, Emma, and Lily, and one great grandchild on the way. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Birth Choice of Jackson, 391 Wallace Rd, Jackson, TN 38305
