Obituary of Yolanda Cortinas Thomas

Yolanda Cortinas Thomas, age 69, of Olive Branch, MS passed away on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, at the Desoto Healthcare Center in Southaven, MS. Yolanda was born in Dallas, TX on February 27, 1953, to the late Luis Cortinas and Isaura Guerra. She worked in the medical field and was a medical coder. She is survived by her husband, Jimmy Thomas; three brothers, Gilbert Cortinas, Rudy Cortinas, and David Cortinas. She is preceded in death by her father, Luis Cortinas; her mother, Isaura Guerra; a brother, Luis Cortinas, Jr.; and a sister, Millie Crowley. The family has chosen to honor her wishes for cremation and there will be no services at this time. All services and arrangements are under the direction of the Lea & Simmons Funeral Home.
