Obituary of Larry Primrose

Larry Thomas Primrose, age 70 passed away Monday, October 4, 2010 in the Crestview Healthcare and Rehab Center in Brownsville, TN. Graveside funeral services will be conducted Thursday, October 7, at 11:00am at the Eastview Cemetery in Union City, TN. A visitation for the Primrose family will be Wednesday evening, October 6 from 5 to 7 PM in the Lea & Simmons Funeral Home. Mr. Primrose was a graduate of Union City High School and attended the University of TN at Martin. He was a member of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church, Union City, TN and the Brownsville Bass Club. Mr. Primrose was preceded in death by his father, Murry Thomas Primrose, and his brother, David Alan Primrose. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Barbara Primrose, one son: Allen Primrose (Tana); one daughter: Laura Foster (Jimmy) all of Brownsville; and his mother Lavinia Primrose of Union City, TN; one sister: Janice Primrose Daniel (Alvis) Union City, TN, four granddaughters and two great grandsons. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to The Carl Perkins Child Abuse Center, 130 Boyd Avenue, Brownsville, TN 38012.
