Obituary of Doris Land

Mrs. Doris Maxine Land, age 84 passed away at the Ripley Healthcare Center on Sunday, November 14, 2010. Graveside Funeral Services will be conducted at 1:00 PM, Wednesday, November 17, 2010 with Rev. Eddie Martin officiating. Mrs. Land was preceded in death by her parents: Charlie Taylor and Donnie Petty Taylor; her husband: Sonny Land; and three sons: Larry Land, Lynn Land and Steve Land. Survivors include two daughters: Patricia Neal and Maxine Leek, both of Ripley TN; one brother: Floyd Taylor, Henning, TN; two sisters: Nell Austin, Brownsville, TN and Quay Gibson, Muary City, TN; Seven Grandchildren and Eleven Great-Grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be sent to Christ Church of Brownsville, P.O. Box 1522, Brownsville, TN 38012.
