Obituary of Kenneth Dickson

Dr. Kenneth Lankford Dickson, 68, passed away Sunday, December 5, 2010 in the Jackson Madison County General Hospital. Memorial Services will be Tuesday, December 7, 2010 at 1:00 PM in the Lea & Simmons Funeral Home. A visitation for the Dickson family will be Tuesday, December 7, 2010 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM in the Lea & Simmons Funeral Home. He is preceded in death by his parents: James and Brooxie Reed Dickson, a brother: James Dickson and a sister: Barbara Davis. He is survived by his wife: Sharon Lee Dickson, Stanton, TN, three daughters: Beth Dickson Thomas (Michael), Julia Mann Currie (Bill) both of Brownsville, TN, and Tammy Bradshaw (Jerry) Destin, FL, seven grandchildren: Lauren Thomas, Abby Thomas, Will Currie, Campbell Currie, Rike Currie, Alyson Pyfrom and Leslie Pyfrom, a brother: Billy Dickson (Ursula) Memphis, TN and four sisters: Mary Talarico (Tommy) Memphis, TN, Sherry Antwine (Jimmy) Gadsden, TN, Patricia Faught, Southaven, MS, and Mildred Lloyd, Jackson, MS. In lieu of flowers the family request Memorials be made to The American Diabetes Association, 5583 Murray Road, Suite 110, Memphis, TN 38119.
