Obituary of Elsie Lewis

Mrs. Elsie Elizabeth Hutchinson Lewis, age 88 passed away Monday, February 21, 2011 in the Crestview Healthcare and Rehab Center. Funeral Services will be conducted at 1:00 PM, Wednesday, February 23, 2011 in the Lea & Simmons Funeral Home with Entombment to follow in the Brownsville Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. Visitation will be Tuesday, February 22, 2011 from 5 - 8 PM in the Lea & Simmons Funeral Home. Mrs. Lewis was preceded in death by her husband: Malcolm Lewis; two brothers: Weldom Hutchison and Odie Hutchison; and one sister: Hazel Lilley. She was survived by two sons: James Lewis (Judy), Brownsville, TN and Roy Lewis (Beverly), Paris, TN; one brother-in-law: Jerry Lewis (Betty), Paris, TN; one sister-in-law: Betty Robinson Barden (Robert), Brownsville, TN; four grandchildren: Darin Lewis, Lisa Riggle, Steve Lewis and Stephanie Scott and eight great grandchildren. The family request that in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to the Holly Grove Baptist Church Memorial Fund, 8488 Poplar Corner Road, Bells, TN 38006.
