Mr. John R. "Bobby" Davis, age 66 passed away Saturday, April 2, 2011 in the Crestview Healthcare Center. He was preceded in death by his parents: Robert H. Davis and Beatrice Byars Davis. Graveside funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, April 5, 2011 in the Stanton Cemetery, Stanton, TN. Visitation will be Tuesday, April 5, 2011 from 1:00 - 1:45 P.M. in the Lea & Simmons Funeral Home. Mr. Davis is survived by his loving caretakers, Helen Daniels and Linda and Royce Barnett.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Stanton Baptist Church c/o Dr. Roger Briggs, 1615 Karcher Road, Somerville, TN 38068 in memory of Beatrice Davis or Stanton Methodist Church, c/o Hobbie Woods, 3356 Stanton-KoKo Road, Stanton, TN 38069 in memory of Robert H. Davis.
