Obituary of Alice Morris

Mrs. Alice "Faye" Morris, age 71, passed away at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, July 18, 2011 in Nashville, TN. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, July 21, 2011at 11 A.M. in the Lea & Simmons Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Bellevue Cemetery in Bells, TN. Visitation will be from 5:00-7:00 P.M., Wednesday, July 20, 2011, at Lea & Simmons Funeral Home. Mrs. Morris was preceded in death by her husband; Jerry Oneal Morris and her parents; Ossie Gordan Pigue and Alice Frances Cox Pigue. Mrs. Morris is survived by her children: Roy Glenn Morris (Linda) Timmy Morris (Renee) Bells, TN, Jerry Lynn Morris (Suzanne) Jackson, TN, Roger Morris (Stephanie) Brownsville, TN, Debbie Morris White (Tommy) Covington, TN, Renee Morris Diamond (Steve) Jackson, TN, two sisters: Nellie Jo Finley, Rochester, NY and Nancy Pillow, Jackson, TN, eighteen grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren. The family requests in lieu of flowers memorials be made to Conerstone Community Church, 3720 North Highland Ave., Jackson, Tennessee 38305.
